The first part, mainly in Latin, is an undertaking by Francis Dyson of Elmbridge, Yeoman, John Dyson of Manchester, County of Lancaster, and Thomas Baylis of Belbroughton, Worcester to administer Anne's estate, and to sign a form of undertaking.
The second part {Condition of the above Obligation) states that the above bounden Francis Dyson, the natural and lawful son and administrator of all and singular the goods and credits of Anne Dyson late of the Parish of Inkberrow, deceased, do make an inventory of such goods of the said deceased which or shall come to his hands, and do exhibit or cause to be exhibited in the Registry of the Consistory Court of Worcester on or before the 1st August 1712.
