An Obligation, naming Anna Dyson of Inkberrow, Thomas Dyson of Inkberrow, Yeoman, and Thomas Dyson of St Michael in Bedwardine, Worcester, as executors and administrators of the estate of Francis who had died intestate. Dated 2nd September 1683
The condition of the above obligation is such that if the above bound Anne Dyson the relict (widow) and Administrator of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of Francis Dyson, late of the Parish of Inkberrow, in the County of Worcester, do make a true and perfect inventory and exhibit it into the Registry of the Consistory Court of Worcester at or before 25 December next. Also to make a true and just account of her said Administration at or before the 25th March 1684. However, an Act of Settling Intestate estates states that ,if a will appears later then it should be delivered to the Court or the obligation is to be void.
