That is to say that I bequeath my soul to Almighty God, and my body to be buried in the Churchyard of Inkberrow aforesaid. (Signed)

I bequeath unto Henry Hunt and Humphrey Hunt the sons of John Hunt, my son in law, 40 shillings, equally to be dived amongst them. (Signed)

I give and bequeath unto John Hunt, father of the said children, my four store heifers. (Signed)  I give and bequeath unto John Dannox and Edward Dannox, the sons of Henry  Dannox my son in law, the sum of 40 shillings in money, equally to be dived among them. I give and bequeath unto Henry Dyson, son of Lewis Dyson 20 shillings in money and unto Margaret, Mary and Alice the daughters of the said Lewis Dyson 6 shillings and 8 pence each. I give and bequeath unto Edward Broke, my son in laws children 13/4d sterling equally divided among them. I give and bequeath unto Henry Dyson’s children, 26/8d in money equally to be divided between them. I give and bequeath unto Robert Dyson’s children 13/4d, equally divided between them.

I give and bequeath unto Henry Woodward and Henry Brystowe my Godchildren 20/- each, and to every on of my other Godchildren 12d each.  I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth Wager my daughter 20/-, to Elizabeth her daughter 6/8d. I give and bequeath unto Ann Laugher £3.6s.8d. I give and bequeath unto Margaret Clark 20d. I give and bequeath unto the poor people of Morton 6/8d, to the poor people of Rous Lench 6/8d, the poor people of Inkberrow 6/8d, to the poor people of  Feckenham 6/8d, to the poor people of Bradley 6/8d, to the poor people of Flyford 6/8d, to the poor people of Kington 6/8d.

I give and bequeath and assign my tack and lease of the farm at Nobury, in the County of Worcester, all the pertinances and during the years yet remaining to me, unto Robert Dyson my son. I give and bequeath unto Henry Emme, Parson of Abbots Morton 20/1, unto Baylye Biston 20/-.

I give and bequeath unto Elizabeth, my wife, during her life only, 8 drawing oxen, my 8 milk kyne, all my horses and mares, carts, wains and ploughs, harrows and all my corn and household stock for and during the term of her life if she kept herself sole and unmarried. I give and bequeath my tack or lease of Penells at Inkberrow, in the County of Worcester with pertinances, to the same belonging, and the years yet to come in the same, to the said Elizabeth, my wife, or and during the term of her natural life, if she so long, keeps herself sole and unmarried.
