Notes

• Will of 06 July 1659 states,
  Daughter of Henry (mdn 94) of Holloway in parish of Hanbury, late deceased, Brother Edward or his eldest son and his wife money to buy rings, and their children
  To my brother Dodson and his wife money to buy them rings ( This must be sister Sarah MDN 129)
  Give to brother Apperley and his wife money to buy them rings ( This must be sister Tabitha MDN 131 and husband William Apperley)
  To my nephew John Apperley £4 (Son of Tabitha)
  To my cousin William Bain?? 30/- and to his wife 20/-
  Give all my bed furniture to my sister Abigail (MDN 125)
  Silver items to my sister Apperley (Tabitha)
  Gold items to sister Dodson (Sarah)
  Gold items to my sister
  I give to my Sister Esther (MDN 130) gold items
  To my uncle Middlemore money to buy gloves
  Properties in various areas willed to brother Henry and sister Abigail.
  Also that left to me by uncle Edward Gravenor to Henry, Abigail and Esther ( Edward is borther of Jane (MDN 94)
  Also same three willed property given by my brother John Dyson (MDN 128) who obviously died before 1659
  Henry is sole executor
  
  Note; The sisters Abigail and hester married the two Middlemore brothers in 1661 2 years after the will so the Dyson sisters and Middlemore brothers were probably all cousins. Therefore Henry (MDN 94) could have had a sister who married a Middlemore the uncle mentioned above and their sons were the brothers Thomas and William OR jane Grosvenor of MDN 94 had a sister who married a Middlemore with the same outcome as suggested above.. Same could apply for cousin William as also mentioned in will
