Note; The bottom section is an Obligation by the persons after name - to administer the intestate estate of Richard which they must sign. The top section is the Condition attached to the Obligation. The following is a rough translation of the details taking into account the poor quality of the originals.
Nominated, in their presence, Robert Dyson of Holberrow near Inkberrow and Henry Dyson of Inkberrow in the Diocese of Worcester, to act as administrators, executors to Richard's intestate estate dated this 21st day of August in the 31st year of the Reign of Elizabeth I - A D 1589.

The Condition of this Obligation is such that if Robert Dyson will pay off all debts of his father, Richard, deceased, late of Inkberrow Parish in the County of Worcester, and do make an inventory of his goods that come into the hands (of Robert), and to exhibit the Inventory to the Court, so that the Judges can decide their fate. If a will shall appear after such administration is complete, then this present Obligation to be void and of none effect, or else to remain in full force and strength.
The Condition would normally be signed by Robert Dyson, Richard's son, and also signed by at least 2 independent witnesses
