    In the name of God Amen, I Samuel Dyson of Feckenham Wor in the County of Worcester, Husbandman, being very weak and infirm in body but of perfect memory and understanding praise be given to Almighty God, do make my last will and testament as followeth:

    First and principally I humbly resign up my soul to Almighty God my Creator, and my body to the earth from whence it came and decently to be buried at the direction of my executrix herein after named, and as to my estate I give and dispose thereof as followeth;

    I give and bequeath unto my two sisters Joan Smith and Mary Nicholls 20/- a piece. I give and bequeath unto my five brothers, Williams, Joseph, Thomas, Edward and Francis - each of them a couple of shirts and all other wearing apparrell of all sorts - except my other linen. I bequeath to be divided amongst them. I give and bequeath unto my loving friend Anne Sale, Spinster, all my linen, before excepted, and all other of my money, goods, cattle, chattels and personal effects whatsoever, after my just debts, aforesaid legacies and funeral expenses shall be paid and discharged, whom I do hereby nominate, make and appoint full and sole executrix of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former and other wills whatsoever hereafter be me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, the 20th day of September A.D. 1701.
