An Obligation making the following overseers of the intestate estate of Edward Dyson;
Sarah Dyson, widow of Edward
John Marshall of Stoke Prior
Timothy Marshall
Dated 31st May 1721
The Condition of the Obligation is such that the above bounden Sarah Dyson, the widow and Relict and Administrator of all and singular the goods and chattels and credits of Edward Dyson, late of Upton Warren, aforesaid, intestate, deceased, do make, or cause to be made, a true and perfect Inventory of such goods etc. and to exhibit it into Registry of the Consistory Court of Worcester - at or before the last day of July 1721. Sarah to also draw up and account of the estate etc. And submit it to the Court, at or before the last day of April next year. The Court Judges can then grant and distribute probate.
If a Will shall appear - then Sarah to deliver it to the said Court, and then this Obligation and Condition is to be void.
