Obligation makes Thomas Dyson of the Parish of St Michael in Bedwardine, Worcester, Tinman, and Humphrey Lurcock, of the Parish of St Helens Worcester, Clothier, and Humphrey Lurcock, the elder, Clothier, bounded to execute and administrate the estate
of John Dyson who died intestate dated 4th January 1675.
The Condition of the Obligation is such that if the above bounded, Thomas Dyson, the natural and lawful son and administrator of all the goods and cattle, chattels and debts of John Dyson late of the Parish of Inkberrow in the Diocese of Worcester, do make, or cause to be made, a true and perfect inventory of all and singular the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased, then it should be exhibited into the Registry of the Consistory Court of Worcester, at or before the 2nd February next. Also Thomas to make, or cause to be made, a true and just account of his administering before 25th day of September next. And if, hereafter appear any last will and testament, then Thomas is to deliver it to the Court settling the intestate estate, and this obligation is to be void and of none effect.
