    The 14th day of March 1682, I John Dyson of the Gannoway in the Parish of Inkberrow, in the County of Worcester bequeath and devise as follows;

    I bequeath and devise all my estate free and simple lands in the Parish of Stock and Bradley, unto my brother Christopher Dyson, his heirs and assigns forever. I bequeath and devise unto my said brother, Christopher Dyson £10. I give unto Joan Morris, my servant, half a crown. I give and forgive Thomas Webb all that he oweth me. I give and forgive unto John Forbes all that he oweth me, except 8 shillings.  I give unto my 4 youngest brothers, the sons of my mother in law, Catherine Dyson, 30/- to be equally divided amongst them all. I give unto William Brooke and Elizabeth, his wife, a pair of gloves. I give the household goods, formerly bequeathed unto me by my sister Ann Dyson, lately deceased, unto my two brothers, Henry Dyson and Christopher Dyson. It is my will that my brother, Christopher Dyson, shall not have the bequeathed £10 until one year has fully expired after my decease. Lastly I constitute, ordain and appoint my brother, Henry Dyson, sole executor of this my last will and testament, revoking all other wills and testaments. In witness, I herunto put my hand and seal the 14th day of March 1682.
